Over the years, yoga is something that I have come to connect with very deeply and I’ve made it my mission to spread the word to as many people as I can. With my yoga classes in Edinburgh, you can try:
Pregnancy Yoga & Yin Yoga.
Whether you’re completely new to yoga or you’ve been practising daily for years, my classes nurture a compassionate, peaceful environment. By sharing your time with me, I can help you find inner and outer peace and comfort, connecting with your body and your mind.

Pregnancy Yoga
A gentle form of Yoga, designed so you can continue your practice safely with your new belly.
Beginners to Yoga are welcome.
This class helps the body relax and prepare for childbirth, keeping you in a positive state of confidence and acceptance. We create a balance between your emotional, physical and mental wellbeing.
A great hub to meet fellow mums-to-be.
Classes are recommended from 14 weeks pregnant.
Yin Yoga
NO CLASSES CURRENTLY SCHEDULED
This class allows for a deeper internal connection, a series of slow, deliberate, passive postures that encourage self-reflection. Expect to connect with yourself in this slow paced class, where we hold postures for 3-5 minutes.
Mummy Yoga & Play
NO CLASSES CURRENTLY SCHEDULED
This beautiful space is new to Edinburgh, a luxury play area with a massive ball pit! This yoga class is a chance for mums and dads to bring the wee ones along, find some me-time whilst they play with toys (5m - 5yrs).
Expect to build strength and flexibility while releasing tension in these Vinyasa Flow classes.
