
We understand the beautiful yet demanding journey of motherhood. This Vinyasa style yoga class for mums (and dads) creates a safe and welcoming space for you to reconnect with your body and mind, all while embracing your little ones.
Bring your baby or toddler along as you stretch, breathe, and unwind in a nurturing environment that supports both your well-being and child.
*Children aged 3 months - 3 years
We start the class with getting to know all the mums in the room, a calm space that embraces chaos. Then coming into the present moment with some breathing exercises and slowly making our way into moving our body. The class ends with some gentle meditation and Savasana (if your wee one allows you)..
This is a safe space where you can feed during class, and mobile babies are free to roam. There will be toys and books available.
All levels welcome.
