Beginners to Yoga are welcome.
This class helps the body relax and prepare for childbirth, keeping you in a positive state of confidence and acceptance. We create a balance between your emotional, physical and mental wellbeing.
A great hub to meet fellow mums-to-be.
Classes are recommended from 14 weeks pregnant.

A Vinyasa style Yoga class for Mums and Dads, where you can bring your wee one along to play or join in. Vinyasa Yoga links the breath with a continuous flow of movement between postures.
Children aged 5 months - 5 years
All levels welcome.
Ticket does not include access to play area, but can be purchased at reception if you wish to stay.
