A gentle form of Vinyasa Yoga, designed so you can continue your practice safely with your new belly.
Beginners to Yoga are also welcome.
This class helps the body relax and prepare for childbirth, keeping you in a positive state of confidence and acceptance. We create a balance between your emotional, physical and mental wellbeing.
A great hub to meet fellow mums-to-be.
*Classes are recommended from 14 weeks pregnant.
Pregnancy Flow: What To Expect
We start the class with getting to know all the mums in the room, nothing beats a good natter about our bumps! Then coming into the present moment with some breathing exercises and slowly making our way into moving our body. You are welcome to do as much as you feel comfortable, we are all at different stages. The class ends with some gentle meditation and a modified Savasana.
Mats, blocks and bolsters are provided.
