Pregnancy Yoga

Support your journey to motherhood with this gentle Vinyasa Yoga class, a safe practice for you and your new belly.


This empowering practice helps the body relax and prepare for childbirth, keeping you in a positive state of confidence and acceptance.


Beginning with gentle meditation and slowly working into movement to improve flexibility, we create a balance between your emotional, physical and mental wellbeing.


A great wee hub in Leith to meet other mums-to-be.


*Class recommended from 14 weeks pregnant.


You and your belly: What to expect

We start the class with getting to know all the mums in the room, nothing beats a good natter about our bumps! Then coming into the present moment with some breathing exercises and slowly making our way into moving our body. The class ends with some gentle meditation and a modified Savasana.


You are welcome to do as much as you feel comfortable, we are all at different stages!


All levels welcome.

Mats, blocks and bolsters are provided.
